(Commnet) Draw Cloud does not show, but edit box is there

Up until this week, draw cloud worked fine. Now I make the draw cloud, connect the dots and it doesn't show. Click back in the location of the draw cloud, and I can edit. I have changed the colors to no avail.

I have repaired Abobe Acrobat Pro DC and restarted the computer. 

 

Post mentioned to turn off touch screen. It is off and this is not a touch screen computer.

 

I am able to make boxes and text, haven't tried any of the other comment options.

 

Without uninstall/reinstall, anyone have any options?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to draw the cloud using the comment tool.

 

- Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check

 

- What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

 

If it still doesn't work, please try to reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082  and check.

 

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and see if that works.

It is the latest and greatest version. 2021.001.20155 As mentioned, performed update check, restart, repair, now reseting preferences.
