O algo estoy haciendo mal?

Quedo atento, Gracias.

Hi Jepherson

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble and the delay in response. I hope you would be able to fix it by now. If the issue still exists

Adobe Acrobat DC is the term generally used for Acrobat Pro DC (Paid Subscription) application.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20048 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

Please share the screenshot of the 'Output options' you get in Organise pages Tool > Split PDF.

I have tried to reproduce the issue on my end and getting the option to save the split documents  in a different folder with names of the same sheet that separates.

Please try to reset the Acrobat Preferences to default as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792... and see if that works for you.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there .

For more information about splitting the PDF please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/split-pdf-file.html

Regards

Amal
