Crash rdrcef.exe

Buenos días,

 

En los ordenadores de nuestra compañia estamos observando un incremento de crashes rdrcef.exe. Necesitariamos asistencia tecnica para identificar de donde viene el problema y cual es la solución que podemos dar.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing, what is the workflow/steps you are doing when you observe the crash? Is it crashing on application lauch or when using any function? A small video recording would be very helpful.

 

What is the version of the OS and Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.03.20244 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
