Greetings,
I have pro plan for Adobe Acrobat Pro on my company account (this profile). Yesterday I have switched computers and now I have to install my Adobe apps on my new company computer.
I am trying to download the Pro version for editing, however, all the link are directing me to Adobe Creative Cloud and it does not have Acrobat Pro. It only has the Reader version. I have checked my plan several times even though I am pretty sure my plan is not expired - and there is no problem with it. Attaching 3 screenshots below:
1- Account details and apps which are included in my program. (see Acrobat Pro is listed.)
2 - Download screen on the web, all links direct me to use Creative Cloud App.
3- Creative Cloud App. The Acrobat Pro is not showing up. The only app is the Reader version.
I believe I have been specific enough with my issue, however, if requested more information can be provided. I am expecting your help since our IT department could not develop any solutions so far.
Thank you for your precious time,
Mert Yilmaz

In addition to my post above, I would like to note that I also checked similar topics such as this one:
Solved: How to install Acrobat Pro with Creative Cloud - Adobe Community - 14076830
I do not believe this subject is solved, since I have the same problem: I can not run full editing options in Adobe even though I have the Pro plan. My old computer had the app, with lots of editing options embedded, namely; edit pages, add pictures, number pages, rotate, etc.
Please consider this issue before replying, thanks in advance.

Hi @MertYLMZ,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the experience!
If you already have Reader Installed on your system, you can remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool.
Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3MD4ESm, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/47eUkcN.
Let me know if that works.

Greetings @S. S ,
We have tried using the cleaner tool but it did not quite work. Checked the logs and we saw errors which it says "an uploaded Adobe product is not found" - I believe we have to uninstall everything manually now, the Reader first and then the ACC. I will keep you updated after we re-install everything.

Did uninstallingn work? Once the other adobe is unistalled, were you able to see & download the pro version?

It did not work when I only removed the Acrobat. When I removed every installed Adobe product and started from scratch, it automatically detected my subscription and switched to the Pro version.
Solved.
