I have the "Always Show Page Size" enabled, but page size does not show. Mac Ventura. If anyone has a fix or knows why, please enlighten me. Thank you!
Hi All
The issue has been addressed with the new version of Acrobat (23.08.20555) and now we have a preference to enable the scroll bar in Mac.
Please find details for the fix here:- https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/scroll-framework-upgrade-macos.html

Hmmm, I'm having the same issue as orignal poster. I do not get the dimensions when I hover over the lower left corner of the window. Always show document page size is enabled.

I am also having this exact problem. I have tried to uncheck the settings, save it, exit Adobe, reopen, check the setting, save it and exit, only for it not to make a difference. There is something going on in the software.

Thanks but it does not work. Nothing shows even when hovering. Adobe has completely broken what used to be a professional tool. Put it back the way it was. Those of us who use this software for work need to not waste time. Even if it did show up at hovering, we don't have the time to keep hovering. Goodness gracious, who are these people that make these decisions? Were they just born? Hire folks who have been in the business for at least 20 years. They will help you redesign the software to be USEFUL again. All your software. It's become ridiculous.

Not working for me or my team either. Viewing page size in Acrobat is incredibly helpful, this seems like a blunder on Adobe's part to keep the option in but not the functionality.

The page size issue was resolved in the update 23.06.20360 release last Tuesday (17 Oct). This discussion has more about it.

What the Hell! What moron greenlit that feature change?! Have you ever worked in time constrained situations in print? How is it helpful to "hover over" some bloody corner to get shown vital information, that was available at first glance for DECADES! IF you want to tinker at stuff: faster scrolling through large objects would be a start - but leave the useful and working feature alone. I am paying you to improve the software, not f&%k it up - without any hint. How about a "hi, this is what we changed with this update"?

I'm also on Mac Ventura and have had this exact same issue since Acrobat DC's interface update. I keep "Alway show document page size" checked under the Page Display preference panel. I've since discovered you can't view the page size AT ALL in the new UI unless you uncheck the "Always show" box. Then, "hovering your mouse over the lower-left corner of the page" works (as described in the link provided by Amal).
This is very inconvenient. I need to quickly reference doc sizes without worrying about hovering my mouse in a certain area of the screen. That's the point of having the option to always show the page size.

Just discovered that until there's a workaround for this, you can disable the new theme:
Mac: View > Disable New
Win: Hamburger Menu > Disable New
... Then you can give prompted feedback to let them know why you're disabling the new visuals

The crazy thing is...I don't even have the new theme and I still am missing my dimensions. I do legal work and I need to be sure that my documents comply with letter size dimensions. Often I will export from Microsoft Word to Adobe PDF and the PDF sizing will be slightly off. Or I will use my scanner and it will also be slightly off. I try to correct this before packaging hundreds of pages together for a filing - only to discover after that those pages are not uniform.

Yeah... Sorry about that. I realize now I spoke too soon because I reverted to the old theme and the "Always show" check box bug is still an issue because, for some reason, they want to FORCE YOU to hover in that left corner... Looks like you have to uninstall this update completely and revert to a previous installation to fix this specific problem.
I work for a commercial printer and have to open upwards of 50+ different-sized PDFs on an average day. I need. to be able to quickly check doc sizes without moving my mouse to a specific area, especially since I use multiple screens and lose my mouse all over the place.

Lindsey-Love, I don't have that option under View or anywhere that I can find. I'm really tired of Adobe making things harder. It used to be a great tool, now such a hassle.

Here's a screenshot of where the option would be if I hadn't reverted to the old theme, but I've since discovered this doesn't fix this specific problem (see my response to OnwardImmigrationLaw). Sorry for the false hope!

Here's a workaround that so far, is good: Sherler from another Acrobat issue (no scroll bars) posted this link to download an older version: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html
When you go to install it, there will be a box asking for serial number, but don't put one in. There's also an option to use CC license. Choose that one and it will install. So much better! I have page size and scroll bars now. Just like we used to for DECADES.
