Email Icon Missing from toolbar

I can no longer email a scan because there is no email icon. I have to save the document to my desktop, go hunt for it, and scan it from there. Where did the email icon go?  It was there until a week or so ago.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat C you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.11.20039 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and see if that works.

Hi there

 

Thanks for sharing the version number. Have you tried to reset the Acrobat preferences as suggested earlier?

 

Also, try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

 

Also try to repair the installation form the help menu (Win Only) and reboot the application.

 

Also please share the screenshot of the issue for a better understanding.
