I am guessing this is a problem with Adobe/Drive compatability? I am getting the "There was an error opening this document. There was a problem reading this document (109)." error message whenever I try to view a PDF from Google Drive on Adobe PDF.
I have tried downloading the PDF from Google Drive, then opening the download in Adobe PDF. I have also tried clicking "Open With Adobe Acrobat" at the top of the PDF when it is in Google Drive. In both cases, this error message comes up. I am wondering what is happening that is causing the file to be corrupted between platforms? Has anyone else experienced this, or have a fix to make switching between Drive and Adobe more seamless?

Thank you for reaching out.
We have tried the steps mentioned above to open PDF from Google Drive. The file opens without any issues on our end.
Could you please confirm if the error occurs for a particular file or is received from a specific source? It may be a file-specific issue. Try opening other files from the Drive.
Did you try adding your Google Drive account under the "Other file storage" option in the Acrobat Desktop application? If not, please try and check if you can open the PDF.
Would you mind sharing the screen recording of the steps you do on your end? It will help us in further investigation of the workflow.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
