Font encoding error

I re-designed an existing PDF and changed all the text boxes to form text fields. Upon opening the file I received the following error: "The font 'Helvetica,BoldItalic" contains an invalid encoding. Some characters may not display". I checked all the form text fields and none have this font and I don't see any problems. Hope you can offer advise to correct. Thanks, Teandra
