Question

How do I contact Adobe support without talking to a robot to fix a fraudulent transaction

Finding a way to contact Adobe support about an important situation regarding fraud through their company is ridiculous.  I have clicked everywhere to find an email or phone number.  I keep being directed to AI assistant.  Ai won't help if I have not purchased anything. Hence my card is being charged for your product and i have NEVER PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT.  There needs to be a way to contact you.  period.  Obviously you didn't verify the purchaser.  you just took a card that belonged to someone else.  I need help and i need it soon.  I would hope that a company this size would care about fraud.

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

if the charge is still unrecognized, report to your credit card issuer.

You should report it to your bank and/or credit-card company. If someone is using your credit card info, then the Adobe subscription is the least of your problems.

Erica, I am sorry, but I don't see any active subscriptions or recent purchases under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please make sure to sign in under the account you used to purchase your software or service if you want to cancel or manage the membership. For more information on how to self-cancel most Adobe subscriptions, see https://adobe.ly/4juO5a1. ^JW

Tell the robot you'd like to talk to a human, about a fraud.
