How do I export the PDF comments to Word?

Hi,

I found this excellent option - exporting the comments to Word - on the comments menu on Acrobat, but I get an error message which I don't quite understand how to cope with:

PDF is not tagged

When the PDF was created, the content in it was not Tagged.

Exporting comments into a Word document will only work if the PDF is a tagged PDF.

To create a tagged PDF, you must select "Change Conversion Setting" from the "Adobe PDF" menu, and check the box labeled "Enable accessibility and reflow with Tagged PDF".

Not only that I can not find the right menu, I also can not find these words ("tagging" or "conversion setting") on the search tab. So - anyone knows how to do it?...
