Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
What happens when you try to run the plugin PDF snake? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.
What is the version of the Acrobat DC are you using? To check the version, go to Help > About Acrobat and ensure you have the recent version 22.3.20310 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...
You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once, and reinstall the application using the direct link

Please state in which Microsoft Windows version are you on?
Downgrading to 32-bit version of Acrobat on 64-bit version of Microsoft Windows 10 is not really a downgrading procedure.
You must manually uninstall the 64-bit version of Acrobat completely and then download and install the 32-bit version afresh.
If you're on Windows 11, Microsoft is moving forward to a 64-bit only world.
Support for 32-bit apps and programs is not enabled by default on Windows 11; it involves a few technical steps in order to enable Windows 32-bit on Windows 64-bit (WOW64) subsystem support.
In addition, if your computer is running a Home version of Microsoft Windows, you may need to disable S-Mode (particularily on Windows 11, which is enforced by default).

I'm also having this issue.
I have tried a fully cleaned install of Acrobat and with a fresh install of Snake, and the menu doesn't appear.
I know they have release the browser based version of Snake, but I have many save imposition scripts and hotfolders which I rely on, so I'd rather stay on the Acrobat version of Snake than starting again from scratch.
I'm running Win 10 Pro 64bit with the latest version Acrobat Pro and the latest version of Snake.
Any insights would be great!
