how to set tab in PDF form Textfield?

Acrobat doesn't set the tab with shortcut alt+tab key. (Is ist an error while exporting the File from Indesign or is ist an error in Acrobat?)

How do I make a tab space? or am I forced to use the spacebar 50 times in each line? there has to be an easier way

You can't insert a tab into a text field manually. It's a reserved key for switching between fields.

so then there's a false information within the Adobe support page, which clearly suggests to pres alt+tab for inserting tabs in textfields?

Could be. I haven't tested it in the latest version of Acrobat/Reader, though.
