just bought a macbook air mojave 10:14and transferred all files on to it including adobe DC. Unable to activate the service now.

Hi Just bought a mac book air mojove 10:14 and transferred all my files from my old mac book air including Acrobat Adobe DC. ( changes pdf into  word documents that can be edited. paid subscription ) On my old mac book it worked like a charm. brilliant.!

Now nothing happens. what to do ?

Seems a lot of confusion is going on in this discussion, because the information shared by you in multiple messages are different.

Lets start with the very first message of yours-

I have looked into your Adobe account, there's only one subscription is registered and that is for Adobe Export PDF.

Adobe Export PDF is an online Adobe Document Cloud service. With it, you can easily convert PDF files into editable Word, Excel, or RTF (Rich Text Format) documents. And that can be accessed through free desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Neither you have Acrobat Standard DC (only supported on Windows) nor you have Acrobat Pro DC (Supported on both Windows and Mac).

I assume you have Acrobat Reader DC installed previously on Mac and when you have changed the system you have installed Acrobat Standard or Pro DC (Not sure exactly).

Depending on your subscription, you just need Adobe Reader DC installed. Rest all can be uninstalled or moved to trash if its there.

you need to properly install acrobat dc, not transfer files.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

Hi this did not work : the pop up window said I need to update the device and contact adobe directly.
