We have distributed Adobe Reader DC v2018-009-20050 across the site in order to try and resolve the same issue with Adobe Reader XI but there is still no change.
I can logon to a PC in the Staffroom and see that there are 4 print queues assigned to the PC and all the print queues are available in a multitude of applications with the exception of Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader is only giving us the option to print to the default printer on the machine.
This has been replicated in various locations across the site but cannot find any solutions.
Please advise.
Thanks

Hi SaintFelixSchool,
Sorry for the delay in response.
If I understand your issue correctly, the issue is you get only one printer on the list when you try to print the PDF using Adobe Acrobat Reade DC. Am I correct?
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC shows the printer installed on your machine.
As the 4 printer shows in other application, please try once the steps mentioned in this forum link printer not listed in printer list
Check if that resolves the issue.
Let us know if the issue still persists.
Regards,
Meenakshi

Hi there and thanks for the response.
However, it makes no sense to me. We have no directly connected printers as they're all delivered via GPO.
Please advise.

It works for me. I can see all my printers and each of my colleagues can see all their printers. And it does not make a difference if the printer is physically connected (for special applications) or send to the networked printer. Windows 7!
It would be interesting to know your OS and printers.

Thanks Abambo
We have mixed OS's (Win7 32bit / Win10 64bit) and have mixed local and network printer allocations (HP, Samsung, Xerox, Sharp and Brother). All the printer drivers were updated to the latest versions just over two weeks again and that hasn't made a difference at all.
I have checked approx. 30 machines and all have the same issue with Adobe Reader. If I uninstall Adobe Reader and replace with something like Foxit, the printers become available again.
All printers are available within all apps with the exception of Adobe Reader.
Looks like I'll have to work on distributing out Foxit then.

I never encountered a problem like your's and we have some 1000 workstations in our international network. I could print to printers located in China if I would ask access to them. That's a weird problem. May be meenakshin83966505 has still some other solutions to propose...
