Preflight - Keine Profile vorhanden

Hallo liebe Community,

ich habe Acrobat Pro Version 2022.003.20282.

Ich arbeite in einer Druckerei und brauche dazu die "Preflight" Funktion unter "Druckproduktion".
Leider sind bei mir keine Profile vorhanden, z.B. "In CMKY umwandeln" etc., so wie ich es aus vorherigen Versionen kenne. (siehe Screenshot)

Wie kann das sein? Ich muss doch in der Pro Version nicht noch diese Profile extra erweben, oder?

Today I installed update 23.001.20093.
There are still no preflight profiles available.
When will there be an update in this regard?
I pay monthly for a product that does not work properly. Very annoying.

Hope you are doing well, and sorry to hear that.

As you have the latest version of Acrobat, please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

Also, try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there.

das hat das Problem leider nicht gelöst. Ich habe immer noch keine Preflight Profile.

Auch das Update auf Version 2022.003.20310 hat keine Lösung gebracht.

Bitte um weitere Hilfe. Vielen Dank.

Sorry to hear that the issue is still there.

As you have already tried a few troubleshooting steps, try reinstalling the application.

Remove the Acrobat and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html). Reboot the machine and reinstall Acrobat from the following help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

Check if the options reappear or not.
