Hi @Osama 10231

I hope you're doing well. Thank you for getting in touch with us.

To assist you better, could you please provide more information about the issue you're facing with Acrobat DC? It would be helpful to know the version of Acrobat DC and the operating system you're using. To check the version, you can navigate to Help > About Acrobat. Ensure that you have the latest version, which should be 23.06.20360. If not, you can check for updates by going to Help > Check for updates, and don't forget to restart your computer afterward.

For Windows users, you might want to try repairing the installation from the Help menu, but please note that this option is available for Windows only.

Another troubleshooting step you can take is to reset Acrobat preferences to their default settings. You can follow the instructions in this Adobe Community post: How to Reset Acrobat Preference Settings to Default.

Additionally, you can create a new test user profile with full admin rights if you're using Windows or enable the root account if you're on a Mac. Trying to use Acrobat DC in a fresh user environment may help identify and isolate the issue.

Please give these suggestions a try and let us know how it goes. If you continue to experience problems, we're here to help you further.
