Salut, après la mise à jour vers Sonoma, je ne parviens pas à imprimer dans Acrobat. Adobe Distiller s'ouvre automatiquement, puis l'erreur suivante se produit : Un fichier PDF ne peut pas être créé à partir du fichier

et tout est bloqué

The new version of Acrobat (23.06.20360) is now available, addressing this issue.

 

Please update the application from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Dear Adobe team,

Your solution is not working as the new  MacOS Sonoma didn't came together with any major printer dirivers' update.

The only option we have is to print with Acrobat Reader which is not a sustainable soluition.

We are all; paying a license package including Acrobat Pro which should be working properly with a new Apple OS right?

The proposed solution didn't work for me. I desinstalled my printer (Epson ET-3750) and relaunched my mac, but still the same error message with acrobat reader : inable to print, no page selected

Bonjour et merci de votre réponse. J'ai effectué le processus que vous avez décrit et rien n'y fait. J'en suis venu à traduire le PDF en Word pour pouvoir l'imprimer, ou bien faire une capture d'écran. L'impression fonctionne avec toutes les autres applications.

Habituellement quand j'imprime un PDF, DISTILLER n'apparait pas. Pourquoi intervent-il avant l'impresion ?

Salut, j'ai le même souci. Impossible d'imprimer quoi que ce soit avec Acrobat et même message d'erreur. J'utilise bien la dernière version de Mac OS Sonoma. J'ai désinstallé mon imprimante (Canon Maxify MB2150) puis réinstallé la dernière version disponible mais le résultat est le même. A priori, dans mon cas, il n'y a pas encore de mise à jour de disponible pour Sonoma.

En attendant, il y a toujours moyen d'imprimer les fichiers PDf avec Aperçu

Bonjour,

Même problème ici avec Acrobat/Distiller, j'ai une imprimante Brother qui ne dispose pas encore des pilotes pour MacOS 14.XXX.

Toujours la même chose avec les mises à jour Apple qui ne tiennent pas compte du reste du monde....

Je ne suis pas sûr que cela vienne d'Apple. Pour ma part, j'ai le même problème avec Acrobat Pro alors que l'imprimante fonctionne parfaitement avec toutes les autres applications. Il y a eu presque en même temps une MAJ de Mac OS et une autre d'Acrobat Pro.

Same here... Adobe was apparently not ready for the launch for MacOS 14. Problem seems to be related to Distiller which immediately hangs and remains unresponsive. Adobe's log file is completely untraceable.
