I know there are multiple articles depicting other people with similar issues but they do not quite match up with what we are receiving with 1 out of 86 of our employees with an acrobat license. We have tried deleting their Acrobat account, resetting their Windows profile, reprovisioning their PC and giving them a spare, only for them to have the same issue.

Any time the user attempts to save changes made to a PDF that was hyperlinked to the location it is in on our network drive, the formatting changes for them, causing permission errors just for this one user. any other person has no issues with linked file path changes.

For example,

Hyperlinked file locations automatically format when opening them as

\\Servername\Shared$\Department\ETC...

User can only write/update documents if manually opening file location as network

 S:\Department\ETC...

This user's file permissions are the same for everyone in their department, who have no issues saving files in either format as well.
