"FILE UPLOAD FAILED" Error 400 when trying to send document via E-Signature

Ive searched everywhere and cant seem to figure out why it is doing this, i dont want it to be uploaded to the cloud at all i just want an e signature.

 

Even reinstalled and restarted multiple times

Any Ideas?

    For getting a signature from someone, you need to upload the document to the cloud so that they can sign it.
