I keep getting a 400 Bad Request right after I sign into Adobe Sign, it never goes to my dashboard or anywhere else.

Error Code: 190109084314221.app-a6, what is going on?

This is generally a browser issue, not the application.

Please try to clear the cache and cookies of the browser.

Try to use an alternate browser and check if you still receive the error message.

any thought not in browser, I keep having this issue on the downloaded program (mac)

Please let us know if the issue still occurs. If yes, do you get the error on any document you try to send for signature?

Try sending document via the Acrobat online account and see if you get the same message. If not, share the Acrobat and OS version details with us. You may also try repairing the application installation or reinstalling the application.
