Request E signature without a time stamp and without asking for name and draw only

Hello I need to request a document to be signed. It will have 10 signatures on one page. Each signature must be drawn, with no time stamp and no section where you are obligated to fill your name. The only thing that should be present is the signature!

That helps but I need each signature to be different. If I have 10
signatures on one page. They must all be unique.
