Request signature is not working URGENT

Hi, I have many contracts to send, and after filling out my documents, I can't send the requested signature. It's been almost 4 days with the same problem. I tried everything, I just updated everything, and the same problem, it only say "Uploading" Screenshot 2023-06-25 at 2.04.58 PM.png

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Looking at the screenshot, you are using the Acrobat Pro desktop application to send the document form signature. A couple of questions to identify the root cause of the issue: 

1- Is this an issue while sharing any specific file for signature?

2- This is an Acrobat desktop app. Please try sending the file from acrobat web as well and see if you get the same issue: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/tools/?group=group-sign

Hi! For any document that I try to request a signature, it doesn't work. 

I tried from the web, phone and desktop, and nothing happened

and when I try to create a web form I just get this title: Request e-signature services aren't available at this time
