Hi, I have many contracts to send, and after filling out my documents, I can't send the requested signature. It's been almost 4 days with the same problem. I tried everything, I just updated everything, and the same problem, it only say "Uploading"

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.
Looking at the screenshot, you are using the Acrobat Pro desktop application to send the document form signature. A couple of questions to identify the root cause of the issue:
1- Is this an issue while sharing any specific file for signature?
2- This is an Acrobat desktop app. Please try sending the file from acrobat web as well and see if you get the same issue: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/tools/?group=group-sign

Hi! For any document that I try to request a signature, it doesn't work.
I tried from the web, phone and desktop, and nothing happened

and when I try to create a web form I just get this title: Request e-signature services aren't available at this time
