Signed Document still says "Out for Signature."
Hi there,
I am getting email confirmations that a document was signed, but in my Adobe account those documents show as "Out for Signature."
To clarify, I'm getting emails that say "{FILE NAME} between {MY NAME} and {OTHER PARTY} is Signed and Filed!" But when I go into my Adobe Account, where I typically manage these documents, the signature isn't showing and the document status remains unchanged. I've confirmed with the other parties these documents were signed.
Can someone help me understand what's going on here? Thanks!
