I realize this has been asked and answered numerous times but I haven't been able to get this taken care of using the old answers from 2018. I am also getting those popups every time I open Adobe about Adobe Resource Synchronizer wanting to use my info stored in "keychain" and even if I say "ALWAYS" allow, it keeps popping up. When I read answers to this question that have been posted, I just don't understand what to do. Help! This is Adobe Acrobat XI version 11.0.23.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As you are getting the popups every time you open Adobe about Adobe Resource Synchronizer wanting to use the info stored in "keychain"
Please try to enter the Admin password and check if that helps. Also checkout the correct answer marked in the similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/adobe-resource-synchronizer-wants-to-pop-u... and see if that works for you.
Also, Adobe Acrobat XI is an old and EOL application. For more information please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-xi-reader-xi.html
Regards
Amal
