Hi - I signed up for a free trial and did not cancel the account after the trial period ended. As it can be seen on my account, I have never used the product and have been paying for no usage. How do I cancel the account and receive a refund for all the months I have been paying and never used? Many thanks James
Hi @James29337844wu0m ,
If you've purchased Adobe Acrobat directly from Adobe, to cancel your subscription you may use the instructions from the links below:

Hi,
I have the same issue and I already tried the first link: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
Unfortunately the "manage plan" button shown in step 2 is not displayed in the real webpage... so we are still stuck.
Following your 2nd link, I read :
"You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support*. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
* Specific countries require cancellations to be made only by contacting Customer Support. See the list of countries here." My country (Belgium) is not taken in the list of countries.
But we still don't know how to cancel the subscription.
Do you have any workable solution?

I was following the steps of the present link. Therefore, I could not receive the refund, may I ask how to get the refund? (p/s: I paid for the acrobat pro, but I canceled it after few hours)

Hi @Kaite36306452bqvj ,
Please try with these :
After you get fully familiarized with the topics above, list what steps did you followed that didn't work and contact Adobe Support directly at:
Open the chatbot sessionnand request a representative to dispute your cancellation. They should be able to see what went wrong and provide you with a resolution.
From what you've described, a payment shouldn't be taken out if you cancelled before the trial period ended.
Moreover, according to the guidelines that I posted above, if you indeed made a payment, you can still qualify for a refund within 14 of days after the date of the payment.
The representative that will assist you may ask these and other questions. Make sure that you have no other Creative Cloud plans lingering around to help the representative get to the root of that transaction.

Hello, I'm exactly in the same situation. No customer link on any pages after 1 hour search despite many links called "contact us".
I understand that Adobe's desire is to force annual subscriptions, without offering a free basic formula, with very short notice periods, unrelenting customer service, taking advantage of the fact that their customers are very busy and that they will not consider canceling within 14 days of subscription.
In addition, no warning email is sent to warn that the trial period is coming to an end, which would be the most basic of courtesies.
Unable to contact anyone to plead my cause, I have to pay 107€ today, which is added to the 46€ I have already paid because I have not canceled before, without ever having used the service.
This type of process is undoubtedly the symptom of a fragile commercial position, of products which undoubtedly lose their attractiveness and which result in forcing customers to take out an annual subscription to ensure Abobe's turnover.
However, I continue to request reimbursement of the amounts I paid as a commercial gesture, given that I have never used the service.

These are good points, and you should make them to Adobe Customer Service when you contact them.
