When printing 18 pages (double sided), pages 5 and 17 blank

New Here ,
Mar 27, 2023 Mar 27, 2023

OS Version: Windows 11

Acrobat Version:  22.003.20322 (64-bit)

Issue:

* Print PDF double-sided

* PDF 18 pages

* 11x17 paper

* Print out skips pages 5 and 17 (just blank)

Troubleshooting:

* Cleared Adobe preferences

* Tested on multiple printers

* Verified others in the office have no issue printing the document (all pages print)

I'm a bit stumped.

Hi @MikeJ-Oakland

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

Make sure you have the recent version 23.01.20093 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, check for any missing/pending updates for the printer driver and firmware and try updating it and check if that works.

Try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win and try using the application there and check.

You may also go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html
