Where do I find the serial number of my acrobat pro DC in order to register it?

I have purchased an acrobat pro DC license yet I can't find the serial number I need to input on the account management page to activate it.

The DC version doesn't have a serial number. It is a subscription that is connected to your account on Adobe's website. When you log-in the subscription is verified and you gain access to the application.

Help! How do I register my Adobe Acrobat DC product? Where can I find the serial/required numbers? This info is needed to confirm my plan and view my  monthly invoices and payments.  Currently, NO plans, NO billing invoices, and NO payment are reflected in my account.  Thanks....

Why am I being asked to provide a Serial Number if they "do not have serial numbers"? 


This is not Acrobat DC. (Notice the message says as much). But there are some current, and some old, products with names like Acrobat 2020, Acrobat 2017 etc.

If you have an Acrobat DC subscription, then you have the wrong download.

If you have a different product, then you should have a serial number.

Let us know which case it is, and we may be able to help. DO NOT POST PERSONAL INFO OR RESPOND TO PRIVATE MESSAGES (scammer!)

did you purchase a classic (perpetual) license or a monthly subscription.

if classic, check your email (and spam/junk folder) or check your account https://accounts.adobe.com
