Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to create a new signature as the minus sign is not working.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? TO check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recet version 21.07.20099 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates.

 

Please try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and reboot the computer once and see if that helps.

 

Also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/m-p/4792082 and check.
