Acrobat Reader DCをインストールしようとすると、「There is a problem～」エラー。

Acrobat Reader DCのオフライン版「AcroRdrDC1901020091_ja_JP.exe」を入手して実行すると、下記のエラーが出て途中で停止します。

これは、どのようにして解決できますでしょうか？

■環境

Windows 7 Professional SP1

FUJITSU/ESPRIMO D583/J FMVD10001

Windows Updateは実施不可（会社方針）

■エラー内容

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC(Continuous)のインストーラ情報「There is a problem with this Windows Instraller package.（略）」

■Acrobat DCのWindowsインストーラパッケージでのエラー1722

に記載されていました解決方法を実施しましたが、エラー内容は変わりませんでした。
