Hello, I hope someone can help me with this issue. Recently, I needed to upload a PDF file to my mortgage lender. No problems before, but, yesterday, the file I was trying to upload, came up...Access Denied. I tried several different files, same result. Has anyone else been confronted with this problem? If so, how do I fix it?? Thanks!!

"If" your browser is using the plug-in (many do not whether installed or no), it won't be involved in a simple upload unless say there is a preview of the upload before the actual upload.

How is Reader involved in this and what exact steps are you taking to upload the document? Knowing that, maybe we can get some clues.

As I understand it, Reader has an Active X that works in IE11, to view PDFs in the browser. When uploading files to the website, I browse for the file, then click on it to upload, that's when I get the Access Denied dialog box. All the add-ons for Acrobat reader are enabled. It just started, so, I'm not sure what the deal is.

Funny you should say that, because, I did the exact same thing using Google Chrome and the upload executed without a problem. So, I'm not going to make a big deal out of this....just use what WORKS!!! THANKS!!
