AcorbatDC ISSUE

New app won't open.  Error message says "Check with Developer" and to check operating system.  Running Sierra 10.12.6, so that isn't issue.  In the details of the error message, metions something about a Library not being availabile?

Hi Iverson,

As per the description above, you are not able to open Acrobat DC in Mac OS, Is that correct?

Please uninstall the Acrobat DC from the machine, remove all the Acrobat folders i.e. trash the Acrobat folders from system and user library.

Reinstall the Acrobat DC from the following links:

For Reader DC: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

For Acrobat DC: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html
