How is it possible I can work in Photoshop, Illustrator e Premier at the same time on my computer, but I cant open a PDF file without the Acrobat crash?
It literraly any pdf file and literaly all the time.
It's ridiculous that Adobe charges a high price for its products (which are good, no complaints about that) but doesn't offer ANY support when we need it.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, I've run Adobe Acro Clean, I've blocked the new interface, and yes, this crap is updated.
Any suggestions on what to do besides sending this to hell?

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.
What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/3xBWo0G and check
Also go through the help page: https://adobe.ly/3xAFwY9
Let us know how it goes.
