The current version we are working with is version 2019.008.20071.

We are building a new image with windows 10 20H2.

The latest version you can download from the site is Reader DC 2019.008.20071 Dutch for Windows

or Reader DC 2021.001.20155 English for windows.

Do you know when there will be a Reader DC 2021.xxx.xxxx Dutch for Windows version?

Yes. If you are turning off automatic update for your clients, you need to transform the installer yourself with the latest update, as described in the Acrobat Enterprise Deployment Toolkit. 

Or deploy the base and use your normal update deployment scheme to update the deployed versions.
