I have the following error: when separating two tabs into windows, Acrobat Reader DC closes unexpectedly. This is happening on several computers. I have already removed the installation, installed a new offline version, and the error still persists. The error seems to be in AcroRd32.dll. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi,
i had the same problem.
After I switched to the old Style of Adobe Reader the problem was solved.
You find it in the tab "Menue"
I use the German version so it is called "Neue Acrobat-Reader-Ansicht deaktivieren".

Is the issue also happening on the latest version of the Acrobat(2024.005.20370)?
Please share a link with the dumps(.dmp) files mentioned in the Using Windows error reporting to collect Acrobat/Reader crash dumps over DM for further investigation.

Hi @Aakash Deep.
I couldn't find the version of Acrobat you mentioned. I tried installing it by checking for new updates in the software and looking at the page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html. In both places the latest version is 2024.005.20320.
I have attached the DUMP file to the link below:
