Hello,
Acrobat Reader DC freezes when I Click on the print icon.
But if I go to File and then Print… it works.
Can someone help me?

Try the above suggestions and see if this resolves the issue. If you still experience any issue, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
Make sure that you have all the updates of OS installed.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, Adobe Reader is freezing when you click on the Print icon, Is that correct?
Please check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and see if this brings any difference.
Try resetting Adobe Reader's Preferences and reboot the machine, to reset the Preferences, refer to the steps mentioned in the article How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.
Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of OS installed? What is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
Is Adobe Reader is crashing while trying to print on PDF file or with all the PDF files?

Thanks for responding. Its a Win7 Pro frensh sp1.
Arcobat Reader DC ver. 2018.011.20040
Reader freezes with every pdf files that I try to print by clicking on the
tool bar.
Actually if I click on any icons of the tool bar, it freezes… not only the
print icon.
But if I try to print the pdf file by going to "file" and then "print" then
it works.
