Bonjour,

Cordialement,

Hi Yann.vati,

As the application stops working when you try to print the PDF, try the troubleshooting steps mentioned here Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows

Hope that will resolve the issue.

If that does not help, try to reset the application preferences.

Take help of the steps mentioned here How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

If the issue still persists, run the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs on your machine.

Then restart our machine and re-install the application from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Let us know how it goes.

Please feel free to update the thread if you still experience the issue.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hi @meenakshin83966505

Thank you for your quick answer. Unfortunately, I have already tried the first actions (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-win… ) and it didn't work.

Regarding the other ones, I have resetted Adobe DC and reinstalled it after reboot but the issue remains...

Do you have any other point to help please ?

I am in an company and I am wondering myself if this is maybe a policy (GPO) which is the root cause. I will check this point on my side.

Thank you,
