Acrobat screen only shows bottom half

This has just started today, it was fine yesterday. I open a pdf and only the bottom half of the document appears. If I open Acrobat Reader the same thing happens, there's nothing but the title bar at the top of the screen and nothing showing below. I've tried removing it and downloading again but still have the same problem.

Has anyone else come across this?

Sorry for the delay.

Looking at the details shared above it seems that its not just a specific pdf that's causing trouble. It is Adobe Reader DC application itself.

You must try removing the application using cleaner tool, as just uninstalling application at times leaves its file traces-

• Run cleaner tool- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  and download again through Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
• Once the application downloaded, you may check whether it has the most recent patch automatically installed or not. Open Reader>Help>About Adobe Reader and refer to the DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products to check the version.
