G'day everyone,
For about a month now, we have been experiencing a problem with the "Attach this file to an email" feature in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit, where an Adobe advertisement is inserted into the email.
The second problem is that although the default email format is set to HTML, Adobe converts the email to plain text. Both behaviours are experienced by some users, but not all. I have already uninstalled the application from the Control Panel, run the Adobe AcroCleaner_DC2021, rebooted, and installed the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit on the affected user's computer. All to no avail.
Although the advertisement is annoying, I can live with it by manually deleting it from the email. But the email format conversion is something I'd like to fix. Does anyone know how to do this?
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 version 22H2 (build 19045.4170)
Email client: Microsoft Outlook for Microsoft 365 (Version 2401 Build 16.0.17231.20290) 64-bit
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit: Continuous release, version 2024.001.20629 | 64-bit

Yes, we are still experiencing the reported issue, despite upgrading to the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

We are having this issue too for anyone who has installed the latest update to 64 bit. Most 32 bit clients appear unaffected at the moment.

I have end users who have this same issue. We only first noticed it when they would add their email signatures and it removes all formating

Some of my users are experiencing the same problem. I have tried uninstalling Adobe Acrobat Reader and installing it again without any luck. Has anyone found a solution for it yet? I have a lot of users who use the function to send mail through Adobe Acrobat Reader.
