Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit: Ads in email, email converted to plain text instead of HTML
G'day everyone,
For about a month now, we have been experiencing a problem with the "Attach this file to an email" feature in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit, where an Adobe advertisement is inserted into the email.
The second problem is that although the default email format is set to HTML, Adobe converts the email to plain text. Both behaviours are experienced by some users, but not all. I have already uninstalled the application from the Control Panel, run the Adobe AcroCleaner_DC2021, rebooted, and installed the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 64-bit on the affected user's computer. All to no avail.
Although the advertisement is annoying, I can live with it by manually deleting it from the email. But the email format conversion is something I'd like to fix. Does anyone know how to do this?
