Adobe Acrobat Reader DC forms not working in Mac

I have a client who cannot fill in the document I've sent. He is on a Mac and is using DC Reader version 2020.009.20063. The fillable  sections are not fillable at all.

Probably not actually viewing in Reader but some other app, though Reader is installed. You may need to oversee this or get a screen shot showing the app and menu bar.

I was on a zoom call with him yesterday where he shared his screen and he doing it correctly. I had him open the reader and open the file from within the reader.

Can you fill the form with Acrobat Reader?

Unfortunately not, it is specific to Reader DC.

I think we've got out of step here. Reader DC is just the current version of Acrobat Reader. So the question is whether you, personally, can fill in the form using Acrobat Reader DC?

Yes I personally can fill it in on Windows 10 and other Windows clients can as well. It only appears to be a Mac issue.

Can you be sure that he uses the Hand tool?
