Adobe Acrobat Reader highlight problem

Why when I  highlights a comment on a page , the same note appears on many pages below?

Can you share the below details:

1. Reader version (Go to Help-> About)

2. OS / Platform

3. Share test file and location where you are highlighting

Also try Go to -> Help -> Check for updates and try again.
