Adobe Acrobat Reader Installation

New Here ,
Jan 10, 2019 Jan 10, 2019

Hi!

Please I need help with installing Acrobat Reader DC. I have been able to download but the installation isn't running successfully. I'm always having the message: "A newer version already installed" and get a message on my browser that Adobe Acrobat Reader DC did not install successfully. I have checked system requirements and this seems to be fine. Can anyone help to fix this?

Hi @Danno819,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the experience with installing Acrobat Reader.

You might want to download the offline installer from here: https://adobe.ly/3GpTqkg.

Once done, open finder > go to downloads from the left panel > double-click the Acrobat Reader package you just downloaded > proceed with the installation.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Souvik.
