adobe acrobat user does not have rights to consume the content

Hi Team,

I saved a word document as pdf; however, I cannot open the pdf file, it is giving me the error "user does not have rights to consume the content"

I signed in successfully to my account, but still the same issue

Hope you are doing well.

Saving a word doc to PDF is a process of creating the PDF file. If you are just using "Save as PDF", that is the Microsoft inbuilt pdf creator. It has its own mechanism of creating files. 

Acrobat doesn't play any role in this conversion. If the file was corrupted file converting, there's likely a chance that it won't open in Acrobat

We assume you are using Acrobat Reader freeware to view the.pdf file.

 

If you own Acrobat Pro, then try converting the word file using Acrobat Create PDF feature and then check the result.
