Adobe Chrome Extension Printing Small

New Here ,
Feb 10, 2023 Feb 10, 2023

Before the past month, PDFs that opened in the Chrome extension printed at the full, fit-to-page size. Now, randomly, it no longer prints that way. It will only print the whole PDF doc to a quarter of the page in the top left corner. It comes out very small and useless. But, when I open it in the Desktop Reader, it prints at the full, fit-to-page size. I just want to eliminate that step.

Hi @Megan0324

I apologize for the delay in following up on the issue.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Please change the scale to "Default" or "Fit to Paper."

If there's an option to increase the quality, change it to 600dip.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi @Megan0324

Sorry for the delay in response.

If you are opening a document on web and trying to print it from there, there's likely a chance that the document is opened and viewed using its PDF viewer.

Most of the web browser have their inbuilt PDF viewer. Hence printing the file in a same manner.

Can you share the screenshot of the pdf file when its opened on the web and the next you give print command.

Thanks,

Akanchha
