Adobe Pen Tool Glitching

Hi there, my Adobe Acrobat Reader has been doing something wrong recently, it just happened today, when I was trying to write on a document using my pen tool, right after I touched the screen with my finger to write, it immediately changed it to the select tool, and it is continuously doing this, which is really frustrating if I am trying to do my work. Can someone help me with this issue or send me some guidance steps, please?

Thank you for reaching out.

Please ensure that you enable the pin icon to keep the tool selected. So, once you select a tool, it will not change by itself.
