Menus are a bit tricky because the name shown on the menu is not the name you need to execute a command.

Also, Acrobat used to be a menu based application, meaning that every command had a menu item. That changed in Acrobat 9 (or X, one of them). However, those menu items still exist. They are just hidden from the user. You can download a plug-in here that exposes all the hidden menu items.
