Adobe reader 11 and Acrobat reader dc

Can we use Adobe reader 11 and Acrobat reader dc together in 1 system. 

If yes, kindly guide me with the same.

Also, Could you elaborate on what issue you are facing when trying to install Acrobat Reader DC, and what is the name and version of the OS?
