Adobe Reader DC crash at program startup

!Auf einem Windows 10 (64bit, Version aktuell am 14.1.2018) Computer wird der Acrobat Reader DC (aktuelle Downloadversion vom 14.1.2018) nach dem Start sofort wieder mit Fehler beendet) Ich habe in schon deinstalliert und neu installiert, aber er wird immer mit Fehler beendet. Beim Start, direkt nach der Installation, kam die folgende Fehlermeldung:

AcroRD32.exe - Fehler in der Anwendung

Die Ausnahme "unknown software exception" (0xc0000008) (könnte am Ende auch eine 6 oder d sein, kann ich im Bildschirmausdruck nicht gut erkennen) ist in der Anwendung an der Stelle 0x000000009D7E3C1a aufgetreten.

Klicken Sie auf "OK", um das Programm zu beenden.

Please check for pending updates(if possible) from Help>Check for updates. You may also try to repair the installation files of Adobe Reader from Help>Repair installation. Reboot the machine after the installation of updates and repair.

Try resetting the preferences of Adobe Reader, refer to How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default. Reboot

Try resetting the preferences of Adobe Reader, refer to How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default. Reboot the machine after resetting the preferences.

If the issue persists, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  Restart the machine and install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
