Adobe Reader DC Installation fails

Hallo,

ich kann den Reader nicht mehr Installieren es kommt immer eine fehlermeldung.Adobe.JPG

Alles schon aus Proiert ohne efolg.

Habe dann mal reader11 ohne Probleme Installiert. Komme ich aber an den Punkt Update wo er dann auf DC Updaten will wird 11 deinstalliert und bei der Installation von DC kommt wider diese Meldung.

Was kann ich da tun ????

Hi Denniss,

As you are experiencing an issue in installing the application, try the troubleshooting steps mentioned here Troubleshoot Adobe Acrobat Reader installation | Windows

Check how it goes.

If that does not help, try once to run the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs on the machine.

Reboot the machine and then try to install the application from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Check if that works.

Let us know if the issue still persists.

Hallo,

danke für den Hinweis.

Leider ohne Funktion die Fehlermeldung kommt wieder und es lässt sich somit nicht Installieren.
