Adobe Reader DC - Insufficient data for an image

New Here ,
Feb 22, 2018 Feb 22, 2018

I'm getting the following error message on several of my pdf documents that have Adobe Reader DC.  We can back down to a lower version and not get this error message but we don't want to back all of our users down.  We keep getting insufficient data for an image.
